Yes, we are a designer and manufacturer of all our products since the creation of the company. We also design our own production and non-standard control equipment.
Our integration is vertical, which means that we start from the raw material and transform it through several internal manufacturing processes that we master 100%.
Among our capabilities: cutting, stamping, bending, electrical contact crimping, plastic injection, TIG or laser welding, etc., including automation!
We also design many custom products for our customers.
Early on, the company turned towards internationalisation, moving from Belgium to France before establishing itself in China after being forced to leave Yugoslavia in the 1990s, choosing the Gaoming district of FOSHAN in Guangdong province. The area was then the birthplace of many manufacturers of mechanical thermostats and suppliers of machines dedicated to this industry.
Over the years, Foshan has naturally become one of the main centers of household appliance production in China, with 70% of raw materials destined for this industry.
The availability of resources and the multitude of suppliers in this area allow for the rapid development of test equipment and custom-made production tooling. This results in a reduction in the product development cycle.
Our commitment to quality has earned us the trust of some of the world's leading Japanese and Korean heat pump manufacturers, who have ranked us as a Tier 1 supplier since 2006.
We are certified to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 by reputable organizations such as Bureau Veritas and TÜV Rheinland.
Our raw materials and products are subject to regular testing at various stages of production. Each production tool has a unique reference linked to its calibration certificate and is subject to regular metrological monitoring and recording when in use.
Our products are traceable through a unique identification number, which is represented by a barcode on a label or laser engraving. This is applied by lot or individually.
At each manufacturing operation, the barcode is scanned using optical readers, allowing real-time recording in our ERP system of the various manufacturing or inspection operations in order to trace and identify : equipment, person, date and time of the operation.
We welcome audits by our customers.
Our commitment to new product development is constant. We have an internal roadmap that we regularly review in light of the markets and needs we identify.
Our annual investments in research and development (15% of revenue) allow us to explore new technologies and processes, as well as regularly file patents and trademarks (an average of 20 per year) in areas where we estimate there is a risk of copying.
Our design team benefits from a constant and ongoing training program. Knowledge retention and transfer is facilitated by established rules such as an integrated technical library, access to catalogs from control device manufacturers, and patent technology monitoring. Each project is subject to ongoing documentation.
We consider automation during product design.
Once a validated specification is in place, our project management can be summarized in six sequential phases: design, feasibility verification, validation testing on functional prototypes, launching of accreditations and industrialization, then pre-series production.
To support design and manufacturing, we have a 750m² laboratory certified to ISO17025 by TÜV Rheinland and UL.
This laboratory is divided into several sections:
- Analysis of raw materials upon receipt
- Life testing and performance testing
- Compliance testing to standards
These efforts allow us to facilitate our customers' time to market and provide them with a guarantee of the quality of our devices.

We are building loyalty attractive employment contracts to our employees, and we prioritize internal promotion through recognized diploma-granting training, which benefits both the company and the employee.
An independent HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) department attached to the management is responsible for the well-being of the staff. This department conducts weekly audits of machines to ensure their safety level and noise pollution.
Vapors, dust, and production water are also analyzed and treated. Each audit is the subject of a report and non-conformities are reported to management.
The factory is audited by SGS for the "anti-slavery act" and the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) part is certified by Bureau Veritas.
In 2019, we chose to integrate a photovoltaic electricity production on the roofs of our buildings in order to reduce our dependence and limit our ecological footprint. The result of this investment allows us to cover 30% of our daily needs and allow to refill free of charge employees’ electric vehicles.
Inspired by the environmental policies implemented at the international level, other projects have been conducted in recent years, such as:
-Deployment of an electric vehicle fleet for the company, executives, and management.
- Installation of free charging stations for employees' electric cars, motorcycles, and bicycles.
- Implementation of bus lines to streamline traffic and reduce the number of vehicles used by production staff.
- Conversion to 100% LED lighting
- Treatment of air emissions from production machines and dust treatment to combat fine particles by installing water curtain and carbon filters.
- Treatment of production wastewater

We do not design or manufacture electronic cards ourselves, our core business being electromechanics since the company was founded.
We offer in our ranges a few electronic thermostats that we have developed with partners based on our functional specifications and mechanical drawings.
Note that we carry out mechatronic assemblies of sub-assemblies whose mechanics have been developed and produced by us and the electronic cards provided by our customers.
We have a specially adapted environment for this type of production with electrostatic protection to eliminate all risks (ESD).
We carry out functional tests after assembly and can, if required, develop the test bench. This area of activity is part of our know-how in tailor-made projects.
